Broadview Technologies has been a leader in material science and custom chemical resources for a variety of industries since our inception. Broadview specializes in epoxy chemistry for high voltage insulation and castings, high performance composites, and coatings for outdoor stability and fire protection. In addition to manufacturing and improving many of our own products, some of our products were the result of developing custom solutions for our customers. A Long History of Innovation in Specialty Anhydrides
Broadview Technologies initially started under a different name, working on fire and heat protection technology used in the early space exploration days. Our early company and affiliate was a key supplier and pioneer of intumescent agents for the Apollo Heat Shield, and continued to be a major supplier for heat protection chemicals in the 70s and 80s, serving offshore oil rigs and other demanding applications.
In 2000, Broadview Technologies was officially launched as a company, founded on this history of excellence. The company continued to develop patented technologies, continuing to improve our fire retardants, but also branching out into epoxy curing agents, plasticizers, and anti-corrosion protection.
